iEV is committed to providing products of the highest quality, and we stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our offerings. We are pleased to provide a Five-Year Limited Warranty on all portable chargers, wall-mounted chargers, and charging cables.
In addition, all new tyres purchased from iEV come with a Three-Year Limited Warranty.

Terms and Conditions:

Coverage Period: This warranty is valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.

Coverage Extent: The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

Repair or Replacement: Within the warranty period, iEV will, at its discretion, either repair or replace any part or product found to be defective.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or invoice, is required to claim warranty benefits.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, unauthorized repair, or natural disasters. It also does not cover normal wear and tear.

Claim Process: In the event of a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department. We may request additional information and, if necessary, the return of the defective product for inspection.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product for warranty service. iEV will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, iEV shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products
